Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery Timeline: The estimated delivery time is 25-60 days.
  • Advance Payment: An advance payment is required to secure your pre-order. We will contact you with the details after you place your order.
  • Order Confirmation: Your pre-order will be confirmed within 48 hours of your payment.
  • Cancellation Policy: Once a pre-order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Refund Policy: If we fail to deliver your pre-ordered item within 75 days, your advance payment will be fully refunded.
