Order Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy outlines how you can manage, modify, or cancel your purchases with FancyKeebs, including standard ready-stock items and pre-orders.

1. Standard Orders (Ready Stock)

When you purchase an in-stock item, our team works quickly to process and ship your order.

• Cancellations Before Confirmation: You may cancel your standard order completely free of charge at any point before the order has been confirmed and fulfilled by our team.

• Cancellations After Fulfillment: If you choose to cancel your order after it has already been fulfilled and dispatched, the order is subject to a cancellation fee equal to the delivery charge. You will be responsible for covering these shipping costs.

2. Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in our physical inventory.

• Payment: We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date when the item arrives.

• Cancellations Before Fulfillment: You can cancel a partially paid or unfulfilled pre-order at any time before the product is ready to ship.

• Cancellations After Fulfillment: If the pre-order has already been fulfilled and shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may still request a return or refund once you receive the item. Please refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for more details.
