Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at fancykeebs! We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges. By placing an order on our store, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Conditions for an Eligible Return

We accept return requests for items that meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Wrong Item Received: You received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Faulty Unit: The product is non-functional or has a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
  • Physically Damaged in Transit: The product was damaged during shipping.
  • Missing Item: One or more products or components from your order are missing from the package.

Important Note: A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for damage, fault, wrong item, and missing item claims. The video must show the package being opened from its original sealed state to the discovery of the issue.

  • Failure of Delivery (Ready Stock): The item was not delivered within 7 days from the date of shipment for ready-stock products.
  • Failure of Delivery (Pre-Order): The item was not delivered within 75 days from the date of shipment for pre-order products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Conditions Where Returns Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for products if you have simply changed your mind after purchase.
  • Product Not in Original State: The item has been used, altered, or is missing parts or accessories (unless claimed as missing upon arrival with video proof).
  • Packaging Not Intact: The product is not in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Damaged or Missing Item Without Proof: The item is physically damaged or claimed to be missing, but no unboxing video is provided as evidence. Claims for transit damage or missing items without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
  • Pre-Order Items Warranty: Pre-order items do not have any warranty or after-sales service.

3. The Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Initiate the Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at refunds@fancykeebs.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant evidence (e.g., photos, and the mandatory unboxing video for damage or missing item claims).

Step 2: Return Approval & Shipment
Our team will review your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 3: Quality Control (QC) Inspection
Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in Section 1 and 2.

Step 4: Refund Processing
If the return is approved by our QC team, your refund will be processed. We will issue the refund to your preferred payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been approved.

4. Fees & Charges

Please be aware of the following potential charges:

  • Delivery Fee: The original shipping/delivery fee paid on your order is generally non-refundable, especially in cases where the return is not due to an error on our part.
  • Return Courier Fee: In certain return scenarios, a return fee charged by our courier partner may be imposed. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. We will inform you if this fee applies to your case.

5. Exchange Policy

In some cases, an exchange for a different item may be possible. An exchange is only considered if the following conditions are met:

  • The product was purchased directly from fancykeebs.
  • The product is completely unused, in its original state, and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Other terms and conditions specific to your case may apply.
