FancyKeebs Shipping & Delivery Policy

At FancyKeebs, we want to get your new gear onto your desk as fast as possible. Please review our delivery options, processing times, and shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

We aim to get your items out the door quickly. All ready-stock orders are prepared, securely packed, and handed over to our courier partners within 48 hours of order confirmation. Please note that this 48-hour prep time is separate from the courier's estimated transit time.

2. Delivery Options & Fees

We offer the following shipping methods. Please be aware that the transit times listed are estimates provided by our delivery partners.

  • Standard Shipping (Inside Dhaka)

    • Estimated Transit Time: 1 to 3 days

    • Shipping Fee: 70 TK

  • Standard Shipping (Outside Dhaka)

    • Estimated Transit Time: 1 to 5 days

    • Shipping Fee: 100 TK

  • Same-Day Express (Dhaka City Only)

    • Estimated Transit Time: Same Day

    • Shipping Fee: 100 TK

    • Requirements: To utilize our same-day service, your order must be placed and fully confirmed before 10:00 AM. Additionally, a 50% advance payment of your total order value is required to secure this express shipment.

3. Advance Shipping Payments

To ensure efficient processing and minimize delivery complications, we may occasionally ask for the shipping fee (70 TK or 100 TK) to be paid in advance before we confirm the order. We reserve the right to apply this policy at our discretion, regardless of your delivery address.

4. Track Your Order

Want to keep an eye on your new switches or keycaps? Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you can monitor its journey in real-time by visiting tracking.fancykeebs.com.

5. Important Conditions & Exceptions

  • Courier Delays: While we do everything in our power to ensure speedy delivery, transit times are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, traffic conditions, or courier logistical delays can occasionally extend delivery times.

  • Heavy or Bulky Packages: The standard shipping rates apply to typical orders. If you are purchasing heavily consolidated orders or particularly heavy items (such as large aluminum barebone kits), shipping costs may increase. Should your order require an additional freight fee, we will always contact you for approval before shipping.

  • Delivery Failures & Shipping Refunds: If a package fails to reach you due to a direct error on our part (such as our team printing the wrong shipping label or dispatching the wrong package), your delivery charge will be completely refunded.
