Welcome to the FancyKeebs Photography Competition 2026! Showcase your photography skills, PC setup, and creativity.
Please read the following rules carefully before participating.

📌 Quick Summary

10 Total Winners: 6 main category winners chosen by judges + 4 Community Choice winners based on genuine social media reactions.

3 Categories:

FancyKeebs Product Photography (3 winners) – Must feature a FancyKeebs purchase. No AI allowed.

Full PC Setup Photography (2 winners) – For setups without FancyKeebs products. Setup item list required. No AI allowed.

AI-Assisted Photo Editing (1 winner) – Enhance your own real photo using AI (must submit both labeled "Original" and "Edited" files). Fully AI-generated images are strictly prohibited.

Entry Limits: Up to 3 photos per category. You can enter both Category 1 and 2, OR enter Category 3 exclusively.

How to Enter: Email your photos (or an unlocked Google Drive link) along with your FB/IG link, WhatsApp number, and category-specific details to contests.fancykeebs@gmail.com.

Important Rules: All photos must be your own original work. Basic non-AI colour/lighting edits are fine for Categories 1 & 2. Locked Drive links, missing details, unpermitted AI use, or fake/bot reactions will result in immediate disqualification.


📌 Full Contest Policy and Rules
1. Competition Categories & Prizes
The competition has three categories, with 6 main competition winners + 4 Bonus Winners (Total 10 winners)
Category 1: FancyKeebs Product Photography
Submit photographs of products purchased from FancyKeebs, either individually or as part of a full PC setup or mini setup.
- Both product-only photographs and setup photographs are accepted.
- The featured FancyKeebs product must be clearly visible.
- AI-generated and AI-edited photographs are strictly prohibited.
- Winners: 3
Category 2: Full PC Setup Photography
Showcase your full PC setup, including a complete setup or a room-based gaming setup.
- No products purchased from FancyKeebs may be included.
- A list of the products in your setup is required.
- AI-generated and AI-edited photographs are strictly prohibited.
- Winners: 2
Category 3: AI-Assisted Photo Editing
Showcase your AI-assisted editing skills.
- Submit both the original photograph and the edited version.
- Both files must be clearly labeled "Original" and "Edited".
- The original must be a genuine photograph taken by you.
- The edited version must remain recognizably based on the original photograph. Completely transforming the image or submitting fully AI-generated images is not allowed.
- Only the edited photograph will be considered for judging.
- Honesty about AI usage is essential.
- Winner: 1
Prizes: The prizes for all categories and bonus awards will be announced separately.
2. Photography & Editing Rules
For Categories 1 and 2, basic non-AI editing is allowed, including cropping, brightness, contrast, and normal colour correction.
AI tools must not be used to generate, replace, add, remove, or modify image content in these categories.
All submitted photographs must be your own original work. Photographs taken before the competition period are accepted, provided they meet the category requirements.
FancyKeebs may request original files or other evidence to verify a submission if necessary.
3. Number of Entries & Eligibility
- Each participant may submit up to 3 photographs per category.
- In Categories 1 and 2, a participant may enter both categories if eligible.
- Participants entering Category 3 may participate in Category 3 only and cannot enter Categories 1 or 2.
- For the main competition, only one photograph per participant per category will be considered for a prize.
- All submitted photographs may be published for the Community Choice Awards, including multiple photographs from the same participant.
- Participants may win prizes in multiple main categories and may also win one Community Choice Award.
4. How to Submit

Important: The email address contains "contests", not "contest". Please double-check it before sending your entry.
Category 1
Your email must include:
- Your order ID or the name used when placing your order.
- The name of the FancyKeebs product featured in each photograph.
- Your Facebook or Instagram profile link.
- Your WhatsApp number.
Category 2
Your email must include:
- Your full PC setup photograph(s).
- A list of the products included in your setup.
- Your Facebook/Instagram profile link.
- Your WhatsApp number.
Category 3
Your email must include:
- The original photograph, labeled "Original".
- The edited photograph, labeled "Edited".
- Your Facebook or Instagram profile link.
- Your WhatsApp number.
File Submission
Attach your photographs directly to the email or upload them to Google Drive and include the sharing link.
Google Drive links must be accessible without requesting additional permission. If our team cannot access a submitted link on the first attempt because of permission restrictions, the entry will be disqualified.
We aim to reply to every submission within 48 hours. If you do not receive a reply within that time, please contact us to confirm receipt.
5. Competition Timeline
- Submission Opens: November 1, 2026
- Submission Deadline: November 30, 2026
- Community Award Reaction Deadline: December 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)
- Winner Announcement: On or before December 15, 2026
Late submissions may be rejected.
6. Main Competition Judging
The judging team will evaluate submissions and select winners based on its own judging process.
The team may consider creativity, composition, lighting, originality, presentation, photographic quality. The team will consider the effectiveness of editing for the category 3.
Reactions, comments, and shares will not affect the selection of the main category winners.
7. Community Choice Awards
There will be 4 additional winners, selected through community engagement.
Facebook & Instagram Awards
The two photographs receiving the highest combined eligible reaction counts across the official FancyKeebs Facebook Page and Instagram posts will win separate awards.
"FancyKeebs Discussion Group" Awards
The two photographs receiving the highest eligible reaction counts on their respective posts in the "FancyKeebs Discussion Group" will win separate awards.
Rules for Community Awards:
- The awards are selected across all three categories combined, not separately for each category.
- FancyKeebs will publish the submitted photographs on its official Facebook Page and Instagram account.
- Participants may post their submitted photographs in the FancyKeebs Discussion Group using their own accounts.
- The same photograph may be posted on both platforms and in the group.
- Each eligible reaction counts as one vote.
- Reaction counts will be calculated at the deadline specified above.
- Four different participants will receive the four bonus awards. No participant may win more than one Community Choice Award.
- Paid reactions, auto-likers, bot-generated reactions are prohibited.
- FancyKeebs reserves the right to disqualify entries if bot-reaction is found.
Email submission is mandatory. Posting in the Discussion Group does not replace the official email submission.
8. Photograph Usage Rights
By participating, you grant FancyKeebs permission to use your submitted photographs, without additional payment, for any business-related purpose, including:
- Social media posts and promotions.
- Website and blog content.
- Advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Product promotions and other promotional materials.
FancyKeebs may publish, repost, crop, resize, edit, or otherwise adapt the photographs for these purposes.
FancyKeebs will always try to credit the photographer by name or social media handle but is not obligated to do so. By entering, participants agree that the absence of credit does not invalidate this permission or create an entitlement to additional payment.
Participants retain ownership of their photographs but must have the necessary rights to submit them and authorize the uses described above.
9. Personal Information
Participants must provide their social media profile link and WhatsApp number for verification and communication.
FancyKeebs will keep WhatsApp numbers confidential and will not publish them.
Only the participant's name will ordinarily be shared publicly. A Facebook or Instagram profile link may be shared when necessary, such as when announcing winners.
10. Disqualification
FancyKeebs reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
- Violates the rules of its selected category.
- Uses prohibited AI-generated or AI-edited content.
- Contains fully AI-generated images in Category 3.
- Includes photographs that the participant did not take or does not have the rights to submit.
- Contains false or misleading information.
- Fails to provide required information or accessible files.
- Uses paid reactions, bots, auto-likers.
- Violates any other competition requirement.
- FancyKeebs has the right to disqualify any photo without any warning if necessary.
FancyKeebs may request additional evidence to verify the authenticity or eligibility of any entry.
11. Changes & Cancellation
FancyKeebs reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or cancel the competition when necessary.
Any significant changes will be announced through official FancyKeebs communication channels.
12. Final Terms
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.
FancyKeebs reserves the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility, judging, disqualification, prize distribution, and competition administration.
