The Outemu Green is a heavy, clicky mechanical switch. It is essentially the stiffer, beefed-up "big brother" to the highly popular Outemu Blue. It is designed specifically for users who love a loud, tactile typing experience but require a much heavier spring for their keystrokes.

• Physically Damaged in Transit: The product was damaged during shipping.

(A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for these claim. The video must show the package being opened from its sealed state to the discovery of the damage/fault/wrong/missing item).

• Failure of Delivery (Ready Stock): The item was not delivered within 7 days from the date of shipment for ready-stock products.

• Failure of Delivery (Pre-Order): The item was not delivered within 60 days from the date of shipment for pre-order products.

2. Conditions Where Returns Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for products if you have simply changed your mind after purchase.
• Product Not in Original State: The item has been used, altered, or is missing parts or accessories.
• Packaging Not Intact: The product is not in its original, undamaged packaging.
• Damaged Item Without Proof: The item is physically damaged, but no unboxing video is provided as evidence. Claims for transit damage without a valid unboxing video will be rejected.

3. The Return & Refund Process

Step 1. Initiate the Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at refunds@fancykeebs.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant evidence (e.g., photos and the mandatory unboxing video for damage claims).

Step 2. Return Approval & Shipment: Our team will review your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 3. Quality Control (QC) Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in Section 1 and 2.

Step 4. Refund Processing: If the return is approved by our QC team, your refund will be processed. We will issue the refund to your preferred payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been approved.

4. Fees & Charges

Please be aware of the following potential charges:

• Delivery Fee: The original shipping/delivery fee paid on your order is generally non-refundable, especially in cases where the return is not due to an error on our part.
